I give you six Christmas factoids about me:
1. When I think of Ebenezer Scrooge, I think of Donald Duck's uncle.
2. I was the opposite of most children on Christmas mornings. I slept late. One Christmas I remember my father waking me up and asking if I wanted to open presents.
3. My favorite part of the Christmas tree as a kid were the real candy canes my mom put on.
4. My mom never puts my name on gifts. They are to "Marie" or "Matilda" or "Maribeth" or something with an M. She started it when I was little so I wouldn't know what presents were mine, and it has stuck.
5. I watch "A Christmas Story" once during the 24 hour period it plays on Christmas on TBS.
6. I prefer green Christmas's to white.
