I broke down this weekend and turned on my heat. I had forgotten how nice being warm can feel. I am done freezing my ass for the season. I keep it really low, but bask in the warmth when the furnace goes off.
Thanksgiving is practically upon us. I think I might've looked forward to Thanksgiving last year, but this year I'm just not into it. I've been eating like shit ever since I got back from San Francisco and a holiday, in which the whole point is to eat, is not really what I need right now. But, Grey's Anatomy is supposed to be "shocking," so maybe I will burn some calories being tense about what is going to happen. And then of course I can burn calories laughing through 30 Rock and Scrubs. But not the Office, because their new episodes are done. I guess their writers started striking early.
I had a dream last night that my best from high school told me she knows and goes to dinner with Clive Owen. But, she said, "He's always on hallucinogenics." If this were to be true, I think I would love Clive even more.
My goal for the day is to stay awake during Heroes. Wish me luck.
