I don't know why, but I have been so tired this week. I come home and take a nap and then I still go to bed early. I think it is because the time is changing later than usual and my body is wondering what happened to the extra hour I usually have by now.
A month ago or so, Ashley asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I suggested a yoga DVD. To be fair, she did ask me if I had any DVD in particular in mind, but I said no. I thought, I only have one and there are thousands of different DVDs out there.
Hilariously enough, of all those thousands of yoga DVDs out there, she managed to get me the one I have. It was cool though, she's a smart cookie, she got a gift receipt. I exchanged. Everything worked out in the end.
I did said yoga DVD the other night and holy shizer…it was HARD. I mean, I could do all poses, they were just done at such speed that I was sweating and panting like I was a doing kickboxing class. And I am still sore. Yesterday I could barely lift my arms above my head.
Maybe I am a masochist, but I like that kind of pain. It reminds that I did something good for my body, that I should do it more often.
