It was like a warm golden spotlight last night as I pulled into the Meijer parking lot. It was shining on a Chipotle sign. Next to the very grocery store I shop in. It's not open yet, perhaps by Christmas, or maybe the New Year.
But as I drove away from the Chipotle sign, I got worried. As much as I love the burritos and tacos, I know I hardly have any self-control. And I go to Meijer at least once a week. I just counted up the calories in burrito I would eat and it has almost 1100 calories in it. If I ate it for lunch, I would literally have to drink water for the rest of the day. I think perhaps I will have one when it first opens and then I will have to be satisfied with that memory for a while.
Oh well…
It's supposed to be 65 degrees here today, which is nice. It's supposed to snow on Friday, which is not so nice. Although I suppose it is December, so snow wouldn't be really weird. I think I may be one of the few people in the world who could care less if there is a white Christmas.
F*** the snow.

Snow will hit here first - tomorrow night. I say ...k the snow, too. And, buy the burrito as much as you want, but each only half for lunch, then the other half for dinner.
I wish I could eat half for lunch and half for dinner...my mind doesn't work like that. I would have to train it. And I'm lazy.
HA!
Yeah, it's like "Sit, tummy, sit." That doesn't work for me, either, especially when it comes to the delectableness that is CHIPOTLE! MMMMM.
I feel your pain.
Yeah, 65 to snow. What would we do without Ohio weather? ;o)
Well, I was thinking last night...usally I shove my face with every last bit of burrito, but I think I did that because that could be only time I have Chipotle for a while. But now that it is only like, five minutes away, maybe I could only eat half and throw half away. Maybe I am making this much harder than it needs to me. I know, I know, me make things harder...never happens.
Good call about the walking. Nice.
Yes, the walking is a fanstastic idea...but it's cold now and I would rather not get a burrito than to have to walk and get one.
