I always forget how quickly the semester goes after we get back from spring break. And I am so looking forward to this semester ending for many reasons:
1. It has kind of sucked. I work and work and feel like no progress gets done.
2. I'm going traveling this summer!!
I have a conference in Raleigh, NC towards the end of May and then I am going to rent a car and:
1. Go to Charleston, SC so I can see an ocean (the Atlantic) for the very first time!!
2. Then go to Savannah, GA and see all the awesome things I read about in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil which is an awesome book and a terrible movie. Go with the book.
3. Make a pit stop in Ashville, NC where I hear some hot, dirty hippies live. Perhaps I'll snag one.
4. Head up through Kentucky and stop to see my friend Jen.
5. Stop in Cincinnati and possibly see my friend Laura (if you're reading this Laura, I will email you soon!)
6. Then go to my parent's house, which is actually my least favorite part of the trip.
I just need to get through, like six more weeks. I can do it. I can do it.
