Not Waiting For...

...my hard drive. I am typing this comfortably from my home.
...my bike. I got it back from it's tune-up yesterday and immediately took it for a ride and it was awesome. It was such a beautiful day yesterday. Perfect for a bike ride. But I did realize that the riders who ride the tenspeed bikes (I don't know what they're called) and wear spandex and have cartoonishly large calves get way more respect on the trails than other bikers. They drive me crazy. They scare me too.

I am however still waiting for my couch. My wonderful stick of butter is not here for me to lay on and I am starting to get a little anxious. I just want to see it, feel it, touch it and grace it with my sleeping body.

And this has nothing to do with waiting, but I talked to my best friend from high school and she filled me in on all this gossip. Lots of stuff had happened. It's weird to hear about people you know, but don't really know anymore.

I've been trying to comment on this thing since this am. I'm so mad now that it's working that I don't even remember what I was gonna say.

Hope the couch shows up soon

Yeah, sometimes blogspot sucks. And if you happen to think of what you were going to say, come back later.

Now I remember. I need to find a shop to get our bikes serviced. Kayz is still flat from the last time we biked.

Well Laura, they may be delivering while I am gone. My mother has so nicely volunteered to go over and and wait for it if need be. Isn't my mum nice? And you may not get drunk on the couch...well, ok, you can if you want, but no drinking on it, and no smoking. Haha... does that make it sound appealing.

And Norman, there is so much of a difference in my bike since I got a tune-up. They fixed my seat so that I will never have to adjust it. It stays no matter how long I ride. And remember how my bike squeaked? Well it doesn't anymore. It's awesome.
