In the Kitchen with Suzy

Speaking of summer goals, I have also dedicated myself to trying one new recipe a week. Here are two weeks worth of endeavors.


This is goat cheese and asparagus pasta. I forgot an ingredient in the sauce so, while it was good, it wasn't saucy. So I may have to try this again.


This is a portobello burger. This was flipping awesome. I cooked the mushrooms in balsamic vinigerette.

Oh and FYI to all the Dexter fans. The second season comes out on DVD in August. Save it on your Netflix lists now.
