I have a fairly large list of goals I would like to accomplish this summer.

  • Make a compost
  • Study for the GRE
  • Create an online portfolio
  • Work on application essays for various grad schools
  • Start yoga again (see post below)
  • Try a new recipe every week
  • Rid myself of all extraneous junk I don't need in my life

In addition to everything I listed above, I have also decided to undertake watching the first three seasons of Lost. I feel like a refresher course is important at this stage of the series. Lost is really upping the stakes. I might take notes. I might map out all the connections to the characters (as Laura and I once discussed). I might buy a whiteboard to make it appear more like the serious endeavor it is. It should be interesting.

I can't even really imagine a Lost without Ben Linus anymore.

composts are cool, but they smell. Where will you do it...on your balcony?
Yoga should be moved up your list. It'll help you concentrate on the others.

I am going to do a worm compost (if I ever get around to ordering the worms). Can't go on the balcony, to hot. I am going to make one specifically designed for apartments.

I should move yoga up the list. Perhaps I'll give a place a call next week.
