Remembering an Actor I Didn't Hate

So were you all as shocked as I was to here about Heath Ledger's death? (To clarify this, I was really shocked). It's sad. I liked Heath Ledger. I didn't love him. I always liked him in 10 Things I Hate About You and felt bad that he had to star opposite Julia Stiles, who sucks. I really liked him A Knights Tale. He made me cry like, three times in Brokeback Mountain, especially at the end...I was blubbering like a baby at the end. I've seen the preview for the new Batman movie, and Ledger looks totally freaky as the Joker.

People say he was a drug addict, they say he had pneumonia, they say he had a sleeping problem and accidentally took too many sleeping pills.

All I know is that he had a baby with Jen Lindley on Dawson's Creek. So that's really sad.

Oh yeah, he was in Casanova too. That was a pretty fun movie.

Anyway, if you get a chance watch a Heath Ledger movie.

I was definitely shocked. I have a Tuesday night class and the group in there was freaking out (I mean, no hysterics, mind you, but "Wow, WTF" kind of freaking out).

Anywho, I enjoyed him as well, especially his lovely accent! Mmmmm. So sad.

I am glad you clarified the class freaking out. Because in the quarter of the nano-second it took me to read inside the parentheses, I imagined tear-streaked faces screaming, pushing desks over, throwing computers out the window.

Haha. It was close...I was able to calm them down by talking in soft, soothing tones...

We did, Murph, and they were AWESOME! I love how the ornaments all went to a specific foundation -- how creative and unique! And the New Yorker book! Wow! And baking cookies -- you are just the best!

Did you know Suzy adopted a moose for me???? His name is Evan and he is adorable! I love Christmas -- even in January, haha!
