What's Cooking in Suzy's Kitchen

I thought I would share some of my recent culinary endeavors. If you would like recipes, please let me know.

Three-Bean Salad: It was cold and beany and pretty tasty. But I'll be honest, I don't know if I am going to make it again.

Sweet and Spicy Pork Chips: These were GOOD. Delicious, fast and most of the ingrediants are ingrediants you would already have.

Crustless Quiche: This was way more delicious than I imagined.

Bon Appetite!

The bean salad loks awesome and I think it would be good as a salsa. Like, eat it with chips.

And the quiche - send me that recipe.

When I feel like eating again, I'll make it.

Still sick? That sucks! Did you make it to Albuquerque anyway?

I will send you recipes (and actually I did eat the bean salad as salsa. The beans wanted to roll off the chip, but I it was still good).

No worries, I think I've seen that selection at the store when I am buying the mushroom flatbread pizza (super delicious when you add banana peppers to it).
